Chronic mild depression or other “weird” symptoms and your doctor can’t find anything wrong with you. Both MSG (monosodium glutamate) and Candida (yeast overgrowth in the body) cause a multitude of symptoms. If you have any (or several) of the following do some internet research on MSG and Candida; then draw your own conclusions. Personally, I strive to eliminate all forms of “Free Glutamic Acid”— the “G” in MSG and I take the probiotic Theralac. Some of the most frequent Candida symptoms are: abdominal gas, headaches, migraines, excessive fatigue, cravings for alcohol, anxiety, vaginitis, rectal itching, cravings for sweets, inability to think clearly or concentrate, hyperactivity, mood swings, diarrhea, constipation, hyperactivity, itching, acne, eczema, depression, sinus inflammation, pre-menstrual syndrome, dizziness, poor memory, persistent cough, earaches, low sex drive, muscle weakness, irritability, learning difficulties, sensitivity to fragrances and/or other chemicals, cognitive impairment, thrush, athlete's foot, sore throat, indigestion, acid reflux, chronic pain

To Your Health The information on this page is our opinion, based on personal experience, research and anecdotal evidence. Unlike many medical procedures or prescriptions, these options cost dollars, or tens of dollars; not hundreds or thousands or tens of thousands of dollars. Thickened Toe Nails: A thick, callus like area on some or all of the toenails may actually be a yeast or fungus infection indicative of systemic Candida overgrowth. Cravings for alcohol, sugar, bread, pasta, or “junk foods” or feeling like you have a “wooden head” or have difficulty thinking or getting motivated may be further indication of a Candida overgrowth. Taking a good probiotic may be the solution. I use Theralac. Go to www.theralac.com for more information. In addition to using the theralac, foot baths in plain old “brown” Listerine will help kill the external fungus. I used about a cup of Listerine in a small white dishpan with just enough water to cover the toes. |
